Immerse yourself in the art of distillation. Since 2017, family tradition has met modern expertise to create spirits that embody the character of Syros and the Cyclades. The grape marc comes from small islands — Syros, Paros, Tinos, Serifos, Santorini — and from selected varieties such as Assyrtiko, Monemvasia, and Serifitiko. Through slow distillation, strict separation, and aging in oak barrels, every drop carries the imprint of the land. Your visit includes a guided tour of the production spaces and an introduction to the process, as well as a tasting: tsipouro, aged tsipouro, ouzo, mastiha liqueur, and carob liqueur. You touch, smell, taste, and converse with the people who keep the art of distillation alive.
